A Bit About Me

I am a Colorado native with a daughter (11), a son (8) and a Great Dane Kuna (4). I work in my community right now as a substitute teacher within the surrounding school districts and volunteer in the community centers. I enjoy the arts (i.e., literature, film, painting/drawing), nature walks and outdoors, sports and game nights.

As an intern in the mental health field, I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential. I strive to make my sessions meaningful and productive, while creating a safe and comfortable environment. I plan to specialize in helping people develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and find their inner strength. I am also an advocate for destigmatizing mental health and empowering individuals to take control of their mental health journey.

I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and am passionate about creating an open and non-judgmental space where individuals can feel safe and heard.I am committed to staying current on the latest research, treatments, and techniques in order to provide the best care to my clients. I strive to ensure that every individual I work with is heard, respected, and empowered to create positive change in their lives. My goal is to help people find the resources and strength they need in order to move forward and live their best life.
